This week, I created a storyboard for the animatic I’m making for the very beginning of the game. I have also finalized the style I’d be drawing in, so I’ll be working on a rough/sketchy version of the actual frames from here on. And then depending on how much I manage to get done before the Fall showcase, I’ll start cleaning up a few of the frames.
I also have a rough draft of the story and dialogues I’ll be showing in the demo written out. I will continue working on that as well in terms of cleaning it up.
Lastly, for the art assets I’ve finished, I’ve begun uploading them into Unity. As I start assembling the game scenes, I’ll be looking at various videogames of the same genre for inspiration in terms of how the UI should look and so on.
