This week I did a lot of research using Indesign. I watched many videos on how it works and how I will best be able to use it to express my idea in an concise yet aesthetic manner. I researched websites I found beautiful and well made and gained insight on the way I want to design my own.

A lot of the websites I am seeing have been made using a website builder such as SquareSpace or Wix this is evident because of the block nature of the site. I do not want my site to look like these. My uniqueness does not lie in the images I will use on the site. The uniqueness of my site will lie in the beauty in which it has been designed and the typography. However, the content is what really is important with a site such as mine. The people who use the site will have to help the aesthetic of the overall site.

Also, I have been researching color schemes for my site. I want the colors to be inviting, making the user want to look past the first page of the site. I want the colors to draw them and really make them want to explore the site.
