For the final prototype, I posted the most recent version of the project’s cover art. Designed by both Chance Gayles and myself, we wanted to take a minimal approach that imbodied my research and recent inspirations. To accomplish this we used a very limited color scheme and kept the visual limited to just a foreground and a background. However, even though I liked this approach tremendously, I still had a few questions involving the design choices.
Those who responded to my prototype post all agreed that the minimal approach works out really well. The biggest critique that was offered was to tweak the colors and font sizes once more of the music is created in order to represent the sonic choices. It was also said that while this approach works incredibly well, that I should not stop experimenting. I should attempt the collage approach along with any other ideas that might pop into my mind, or Chance’s.
